For Ubuntu, it is. I sent an announcement to the ML, at least I think so.

Packaging for other distros requires more time. We need to set up archives,
mangle with the process, etc. So I would ask some other folks at Adiscon,
but they are currently busy as well. Also, I think it makes more sense to
put that effort into automatting the build process for tghe other packages
as well. But again, that takes some time.
