Hi Geeks, Greetings, My issue is solved as directions of David Lang. What I did I compiled each required library, rsyslog and GnuTLS 3.3, everything of same versions, on both client and server. This help in solving the issue. Thanx.
But one thing I observed and tested, RELP on TLS does not work behind NAT and according to my understanding of networking it should not because it is somehow different from normal https client server communication.
