Hi,

I was able to reproduce it on RHEL 7 *and* CentOS 7.

Looks like something is wrong with Red Hats gnutls package. I was able
to create a simple demo which is also crashing:

http://git.io/vLdbZ

Tested with gnutls 3.3.8-12.el7.

When I build gnutls on my own it doesn't crash.

>From my point of view this should be resolved upstream (RHEL). There's
nothing wrong with rsyslog's code. Well, if we really want to do
something: If we would get rid of ommysql.so's obsolet link to
libgnutls.so, the module wouldn't crash anymore... but again, this looks
like something which should get fixed in the distribution (it doesn't
crash with vanilla gnutls).
