Hi,

for me the bug report is _no_ reason to ditch the online documentation of
the ancient version.

rsyslog-5.x won't go away before 2020 so why should you make it harder for
people who can't use rsyslog from source or your repository to locate the
documentation?

For me the possibility to be able to read a document online at all is more
important than noticing that _your_ v5 is not the exact version from the
online documentation.


As long as there is no problem keeping the documentation online (i.e. you
cannot re-generate it anymore, cost..), I wouldn't ditch it. Maybe consider
adding a warning banner if you really care...
