Hi, for me the bug report is _no_ reason to ditch the online documentation of the ancient version.
rsyslog-5.x won't go away before 2020 so why should you make it harder for people who can't use rsyslog from source or your repository to locate the documentation? For me the possibility to be able to read a document online at all is more important than noticing that _your_ v5 is not the exact version from the online documentation. As long as there is no problem keeping the documentation online (i.e. you cannot re-generate it anymore, cost..), I wouldn't ditch it. Maybe consider adding a warning banner if you really care... -Thomas _______________________________________________ rsyslog mailing list http://lists.adiscon.net/mailman/listinfo/rsyslog http://www.rsyslog.com/professional-services/ What's up with rsyslog?
