Do the RHEL YUM repos have the updated 2202 version available yet?
I cleaned all repo data on my system and downloaded a fresh copy of http://rpms.adiscon.com/v8-stable-nightly/rsyslog-nightly-rhel7.repo to no avail - still on v. 8.2102 and no updates available.
