Dear Tobias, Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. The problem was infact caused by a contributed output module "omfile-hardened" which appears to be broken on CentOS 7 now. We have removed this package from the build process, the package build should be up and running again (Rebuild of nightly packages was successful).
