Is there a way for me to run a report that would list all users and then group them by # of tickets created and show the subject of each ticket? I am thinking a 3 column table Col1, Cell 1: user1 Col 2, cell 1: all tickets for user1, col 3, cell 1: total# of tix and then sort it by #tix created?
