If so, try doing a search for "hierarchy view" on the archives, you should find a post I put up on how I got it working. I have RT 3.8.1 installed on Ubuntu Server. Since the install we have been unable to get any graphical charts. I have looked a few posts but could not find the required packages that needs to be installed on the Ubuntu server to get this to work.
