Did you previously have 0.05 installed? If so.. look for a file called ExternalAuth.om in local/lib/RT/Authen, If it's there - delete it. Also, local/lib/RT/User_Vendor.pm. Both are remnants of 0.05 which, if present, may override the correct ones in local/plugins.
