Hello, I am running 3.8.1 and early on during testing tickets were created with an e-mail address in the CC: field to a person not yet an RT-user. Later when trying to add that person as a user (Configuration->Users->Create) the create user will fail with the message: User xyz: Email address in use
I don't know where to look to fix this.
