Hi all, I have the global setting for RT at a Glance set to show the All New & Open tickets saved search. One of my users pointed out that the home page is only showing tickets updated in the last 18 hours - they have to click through to the search results page to see the full list.
Is this time limit a settable option? I don't see anything in the GUI or RT_Config.pm.
