Ray, No. Notification correspondence is by email address, not user privileges. I was just wondering if some of those users were also in some other group that was listed as a recipient for some other scrip. If nothing was listed, then that answers that.
However, keep in mind that RT may list email addresses as "Bcc" when you were not expecting it. For example; I have listed a group under "Queue Watcher Cc's" and when the email goes out, the members of that group are listed in the email as "Bcc:". That's all I know.
