I'm just curious if there are plans to create a "right" that can be given out to allow an individual to change the owner on a ticket that is owned by somebody else?
I've found some workarounds when googling and searching the listserv... just wondering if it's got enough exposure that it'll make it on the features list eventually or if there is a good reason why it's not there? One of the supervisors that have a queue in our RT is asking. Thanks!
