Greets list members. I'm looking at leaving our RT3 deployment behind and starting fresh with an RT4 deployment. One of the issues we had with RT3 was the amount of images and attachments that got stored in the tickets and db which at this stage is sitting at 350GB. Is there a mechanism with RT4 to rather offload attachments/images onto disk with links to them in RT ?
