Do you have DevelopMode set to true or on?
If RT is installed from source then the mason cache should be in:
/opt/rt4/var/mason_data/obj/
rm -Rf /opt/rt4/var/mason_data/obj/*
should do the trick. If RT in installed through a package manager then
you'll need to find the mason cache by hand.
