Hi everyone. I'm looking for some way to create something like weekly digest for my clients, to send them every friday one email with all tickets that are waiting for their answer.
I was looking at rt-crontool but it will require a lot of walkarounds to gather all tickets together. Maybe there is some way to generate report by cron (as it can be done from web-interface)?
