The local/html here says that you have a local override of the ticket display page, which you need to either remove, or update to merge in whatever your changes were in your previous version of RT (unmentioned here, but presumably 4.0.x) into the standard 4.2 version. - Alex -- RT Training - Boston, September 9-10 http://bestpractical.com/training
