Some thoughts...

What do your PriorityAsString configs look like?

Try disabling PriorityAsString.

I know it doesn't help where you're at right now, but are you testing
your changes in a test environment before making these changes in

RT 4.4 and RTIR training sessions, and a new workshop day!
