Mr. P K P Shreyaskar,
CPIO,
Central Information Commission,
New Delhi
Dear Sir,
Following information is requested under the Right to Information Act
2005.
1. Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam, as Hon'ble President of India, during the
first National Seminar on the Right to Information Act 2005 arranged
by the Central Information Commission at New Delhi about 15 months
back made a suggestion to CIC to systematically organise the decisions
of the Commission on their website and appropriately categorise them
for easy and convenient access of these decisions by the citizens for
their reference and use. I find that they were and are arranged only
quarter wise on CIC Website. In this regard, kindly let me know the
action taken by the Commission so far and firmed up action.

2. Change of assignment of public servants and rotation in their
assignments, with a view to give them better exposure of different
working as also as a measure of controlling possible corruption, is an
established practice. In this connection, it is requested to inform
the no. of times the job allocated to the Information Commissioners of
CIC fully exchanged between the four ICs of CIC since October 2005. If
not fully exchanged even once, the reasons for the same may kindly be
informed.
Application fee follows. Kindly expedite the requested information.
With kind regards,
