Dear Group.

I am pleased to commend our member Shri Babubhai from Ahmedabad. Not
only is he a singer who care for homeless people, he finds solutions
for them by innovative use of RTI and modern day internet technolgies
like YouTube.

We all know that India's jails are over-crowded with criminals and
that jail manuals are flouted with impunity with human rights tossed
in the dustbin. Mr.Vaghela has discovered the noble solution is to
identify the unused jail rooms (if any) and accomodate our homeless
people in them.

Unfortunately the heartless MHA will not agree with him. A clever PIO
will simply transfer his RTI request to the States and Mr.Vaghela
will be forced to file Appeals in every SIC in the country. Our group
must help him, if only to show that at [RTI_India] we also do not lag
behind [Hum Janenge] in encouraging public spirited RTI activists who
wish to share all their good work in the public domain through our
member's e-mailboxes.

PS: If you ever missed K.L.Saigal, here is our group's Mr.Vaghela

PPS: "K For Kishore" on Sony (9:00PM) tonite/tomorrow faces very tough
competition in NDTV Imagine's "Dhoom Macha Le". My wife and I are
fighting over the remotes for this one. We have Guju-"behn" Nayan
Rathod versus Guju-rapper Devang Patel.
