Dear RTRIwanted, I was fully aware that PIOs and FAAs of both SC and Delhi High Court have appeared before CIC in the past. You have obviously not read either my post or the sections cited therein *carefully* (a common failing with our activist members who are new to RTI Act and/or the English language).
