Dear Sh.Param,

I have been sending applications by receiver blank IPO filling only
sender name since more than one and a half years.
Hardly in 2 cases, PIOs returned IPO to be filled by me by retaining
application.
So in my opinion,YOU SHOULD WRITE----IPO 10/- IN FAVOUR OF ----------
(to be filled by your office as no details of fees deposition is
available on your website).
With this sentence, possiblity of returnin becomes less than 1% as in
my case.
regards
Manoj K.Kamra
