Dear Sir, Thanks for your feedback. My original application have been retained by the BSNL Amritsar. They have returned by postal order for writing their name on it. Although my name was written on postal order and it was crossed too.
I faced some problem in BSNL SUB OFFICE OF AMRITSAR. I decided to file RTI application But they even refused to take my RTI application with advice that application be addressed to main office and submitted there. So I submitted that application with GM BSNL Amritsar. Sir,how can a common man know about the officers of different departments in whose favour requisite fee is to be sent ? Govt should look for this and work out some procedure to pay fee in the event when name of the officer is not known. thanks param --- In [email protected], Manoj Pai <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > You havent stated whether, your original RTI > Application was also returned to you or not. > > > Case 1.
