Thanks for providing hyperlink to latest circular of DoP&T. I had very clearly written in my application to CPIO, CIC. .... .... Since I do not know who is the CPIO for Intelligence Bureau, I seek kind assistance of CPIO of Honourable Central Information Commission to transfer my application to CPIO of Intelligence Bureau. .... It has taken 25 days to find, who is CPIO of IB by CPIO of CIC.
I will file an appeal instead of filing with IB all over again. If information sought against information provided by foreign government, why is CPIO of CIC holding it with him, which is not concerning him ? Let me see now how AA of CIC handles the matter.
