I had asked for copy of migration certificate from CISCE board which is now legally property of another educational board. CISCE had issued migration certificate against fee but is unable to furnish the copy of it and now custodian of this information refuses to even acknowledge CISCE.
CISCE was called to CIC and were given instructions to give information. CISCE gave information what they had but in this scenario they are helpless. The other board is not responding. The case deals with forgery, fake certificate and impersonation. Legally CISCE is custodian of this information but is held by other public authority for which CISCE is also having proof.
