I think they (DoPT) still has that "file notings <> information" statement on their website (it was there yesterday). The reason they haven't changed it is because they cant change their website (CHINESE HACKERS have rendered that portion of the website inaccessible to nic)
CHINESE HACKERS have also defaced the CIC website and deleted many decisions. CHINESE HACKERS seem to be especially fond of deleting IC Tewari's decisions. I went to CIC today to complain about this to Mr.Haleem Khan but they didn't let me meet him. In fact a reply to an RTI application to CIC (drafted by me) reveals that not only have IC(T)'s decisions been deleted from website but they have deleted it from CIC servers and PCs of his personal staff too. The Chines are so pissed of at Mr. Tiwari that special "made in China" mice have also been sent to destroy all paper records of IC(T)'s orders.
