Ni Hao ma? What is amazing is that Chinese hackers have repeatedly demonstrated their power to ensure that only decisions of 3 ICs (Habibullah, Tewari and Ansari) shall be posted to CIC website. It was with great assistance (and my not inconsiderable hacking skills) that I was able to get one of IC(OPK)'s decisions posted to CIC's recent decisions page. But the Chinese hackers promptly deleted the file.
