The question iswhy there should be VIP jets kept apart exclusively for them? Unless, even PM or President take an entire team of over 50 or so, why should they have a separate aircraft? Except US, most of the Countries use the regular flights for VIP-s including the head of the Govt./PM or so, or use smaller aircraft and not the bulky 747-s? In case of urgency, they use small aircraft taking 5 to 10 persons for the purpose. I have seen the PM of Australia or NZ taking the regular flights only and drive their own cars around, visit restaurants without any "black cats" and so on. In India, we are too fussy about these NSG and so on. Once they are out of office, how do they live without NSG?
