Dear Sukla This group exist to expose "cunning twists of language" - such as used by Information Commissioners in their corrupt little decisions. Mr. Mutthu cannot be faulted, the site is indeed "a" Times of India website. If the Bennett Coleman group allows such defamation to remain on their websites for over 2 years, then any responsible citizen of France(?) can bring it to our notice.
At our group,we try and maintain as clean a record as possible by deleting such garbage which however is permanently archived at http://www.nabble.com/RTI-India-f28814.html However, there has been quite a bit of unilateral propaganda from one side which needs balancing. The group may note that the Prime Moderator of this group (me) has evenly divided ancestry - one side descended from Congress roots even older than Mr Habibullah's (my grandfather's grandfather was Chairman of the 9th Congress session at Lahore 1893 -where Dadabhai Noaroji was President- and was the one who initiated Lala Lajpat Rai into Congress), another side descended from the family which coined the modern term "Hindutva" (ie.violent struggle for independent India in Indo-Gangetic plain - free from foreign rule) in 1871 before Mr.Savarkar was even born.
