CIC has pulled up DoPT for accepting Rs.10 as fees for filing First Appeals from appellants. CIC has also pulled up DoPT for not computerising its records as per 4(1). BRAVO. Now how does the First Appellate of CIC (Mr Haleem Khan) plan to dispose of the pending appeal from a particularly tenacious member of Tattwasoochana Sabha about computerisation of the CIC's own records which the PIO has replied either do not exist and/or are not accessible to him ?
