Nity

The Karnataka CIC ruled that Blore Internatiaonal Airport Authority was 
a public body and directed them to respond to RTI requests.  This 
decision was appealed and the Hight Court ruled that information from 
this body (given the substantial stake GOK has in it) has to be provided 
under RTI..  You may want to refer to the newsreports on this... from a 
week or two ago.
