Dear Mr Dayal I have some experience in HC and SC matters as a "petitioner in person". What is your specific problem and the nature of the great scam you have uncovered? I have also been reading a few of your CIC decisions connected to your Twin Towers Resident Association grievances and am personally of the view that had you followed our Responsible RTI code you would have fared better before IC(PB) and escaped her punctilious orders.
