Dear Sarabjit, 1. Kindly see the following order of CIC which is on the CIC website www.cic.gov.in:- K. Lall Vs. Ministry of Company Affairs (Appeal No.CIC/AT/A/2007/00112; Date of Decision: 12.4.2007). Kindly comment whether this order is against the provisions of RTI Act or not. Using this order, CPIO of Registrar of Companies is not providing any information about Companies. 2. Scam relates to providing housing loan against fictitious properties on the basis of fake documents by Banks. 3. What is your Responsible RTI Code?

What is your specific problem and the nature of the great scam you have uncovered? I have also been reading a few of your CIC decisions connected to your Twin Towers Resident Association grievances and am personally of the view that had you followed our Responsible RTI code you would have fared better before IC(PB) and escaped her punctilious orders.
