AS A RESPONSIBLE CITIZENS, WE SHOULD NOT FIND FAULT WITH MINOR ABERRATIONS OF RULES, IF THE INTENTION IS GOOD. NO ONE CAN SURVIVE IF ALL THE LAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS, BYE-LAWS, NOTIFICATIONS ARE TOTALLY FOLLOWED IN INDIA. WE HAVE ALL OUT DATED LAWS. IN FACT WE SHOULD CONDEMN SERIOUS WRONG THINGS LIKE CORRUPTION, FRAUDS BEING INDULDGED INTO BY GROSSLY VIOLATING LAWS ETC. IF WE CANNOT STOP BAD CITIZENS FROM RAPING THE LAWS, AT LEAST WE SHOULD LET GOOD INTENTIONED PEOPLE WORK. LET US NOT FRUSTRATE THEM.
