Group Administrator, As the Right to Information Act 2005 is about transparency, in my openion, every member of RTI India Yahoo Group must (I repeat must) disclose their identities. Those having only email ID should give their contact details also.
Those who have not done this, should not have the liberty to post any message / any comment to the Group in an incognito manner. You may kindly look into for forming this crucial policy in the interest of practicing transparency by RTI applicants themselves.
