Will the Hon'ble (acting) Vigilance Officer of the CIC kindly explain why the causelists of the CIC are so pathetic.
C'IC has only 8 cases listed for the next 8 days (30-04-09 till 08-05-2009), IC(SM) has 9, IC(SG) has about 212 , The other ICs have zero. Hearing notices are not reaching the appellants / complainants due to corruption in the CIC Registry. There is a well organised system /racket whereby PIOs bribe the Registry to ensure that hearing notices are despatched late / never. The VO/CIC may kindly investigate and get the Causelist fully functional on top priority. Sarbajit Roy
