when will this decision be taken, i have filed complain u/s 18 and will follow
up with application under RTI to PIO of SIC office this worked
once before.
as someone advised me that filing a case in consumer court
against Suresh Joshi is a better way out i will be explore the possibility to
that angle, will take advise from Adv.Dr Kamath of Consumer guidance socity
near V.T. a veterian in consumer laws, fighting a clear cut case
is cheap at consumer courts, and one can fight one's battle no need of a
lawyer. as per sec 32 of Advocates act one can fight cases in H.C also
if one is well versed with the law
