Dear Citizens As my 7 2nd appeal RTI hearing at SIC mumbai orders given " decision to be taken "some over due by 6 months kept in the morgue ( cold storage ) I indend sending same with covering letter to the Governor I have the address from the internet Governer S.C.Jamir Raj Bhawan walkeshwar road Mumbai 400035 I do hope it helps, i urge citizens to write ther complains about CSIC suresh Joshi to the Governor as address mentioned above
