Dear Vikram 1) I have assisted / represented many people (at CIC) who have been threatened for their intemperate language. Usually they have been charge-sheeted too subsequently.
2) In my experience, any neutral observer would conclude that the language used was actually intemperate / abusive. 3) It was not at all easy to ensure that no harm was caused to such applicants. 4) Please avoid Writs unless you have honest and competent counsel.
