A big thanks to your paper for the expose of the Colligiate Education on
Reccomending a private Book to college libaries , when they cannot do so .
Incidentally Yesterday itself I have received from the Person -- One Mr Rama
rao Mobile 9448115650 an Inland letter With the Same reccomendations .
To My surprise The Inland letter States that Sri K K Mishra the chief
Information Commissioner , Karnataka Information Commission has Reccomended on
1/7/2009 through a letter addressed to DPAR that " This book should be Kept in
all Government offices and Libraries"
I request you to Publish this in your letters to Editor Column so that
Gulliable Citizens are not Misguided
