BUT. no hard feelings! The IT Dept denied information primarily because of a complaint I lodged against the PIO on account of misbehaviour a day after the RTI application. He alleged in his first communication that no fee was deposited. Later, he retracted. He demanded proof of my citizenship. And so on... I will scan the order and post here in a few days along with my further submissions. The matter has been listed again for hearing on 18th August.
