Dear rajput While filing appeal to SIC, please mention how the non disclosure of info going harm you and ofcourse public at large(being a public interest cause), otherwise UPSIC will dispose off your case by citing case of SK Lal of Faridabad Vs. Ministry of Railways to justify the uselessness of info.
