No need to engage any advocate, you can simply file by yurself on a
plain paper ceipt, copies of all communications/ their response etc and
sequence of events/dates - ask for refund of entire amount paid for the
defective HT system + compensation . Visit the Forum and you can file it
on the spot , perhaps you masy have to pay some money for issue of
notices .

You can file either from the town where you purchased or where the they

system. Their technician visited my place and took home theatre system
saying that it will be repaired in service center. It is almost 2 months
since then and I have called consumer care many times for get it back.
Every time they give the same reply: "We have escalated your complaint
to concerned department and it will be delivered very soon". I told them
that I will log their complaint in consumer court but still I am waiting
for my home theatre system.

me on the procedure? I am staying in Gurgaon and home theatre system
was taken from my home in Mathura. Where should I file case? Please let
me know about the location also, if anyone knows that.
