Trade Unions in India are registered under the Trade Unions Act, 1926, and come under the Chief Labour Commissioner (CLC), Ministry of Labour. I would like to know more about the accounts and returns filed by a Trade Union also known as the Maritime Union of India (MUI), and before I file an RTI, seek help from the members here on strategy as well as any information on whether this will work?
In effect, I shall ask the office of the CLC for information on MUI, and before I do so - appreciate inputs and assistance. Thanks/Veeresh Malik
