"Further fees of 7(3)" is currently awaiting a so-called (and illegal) "Full Bench" decision of the CIC. The dates of the next hearing in this matter are being repeatedly postponed on one frivolous pretext or another - mainly due to the debate on this group I may add.
The present policy at CIC seems to be, "there is no further fee of 7(3) EXCEPT when there is a particularly nasty / vexatious Govt employee asking RTI queries from his parent organisation."
