In my opinion , the Trade bodies such as MUI are not required to file any returns or accounts to the CLC . Please check the Trade Unions Ac t 1926 first . And even if they are, it is quite possible that MUI has not filed such returns with the CLC .

I would like to know more about the accounts and returns filed by a Trade Union also known as the Maritime Union of India (MUI), and before I file an RTI, seek help from the members here on strategy as well as any information on whether this will work?
