What does the CIC think of himself ? The CIC is only one of the Chief Information Commissioners of India having the same powers of its other Chief Information commissioners of each States. It is high time for him to reconcile with the fac that the CIC does not mean the the Central Authority controlling all the State Information Commissions. Some of the SICs attribute no value to his orders nor the CIC is a controlling or superior authority of other commissions. As I have been pointing out in his earlier conventions, this being a Trade Union Conference of Information Commisioners it should not be held under public expense.
