But I have personal experience , despite of several reminders against RTI appeal in 2006 . Priminister' s grivance Cell was also informed . It replied me properly and asked to know from the management the reason for non-supply of rti information . The matter was suppressed by the management and last of all departmental harassment compelled me to drop the RTI matter for ever . Can you tell me what an employee should do in such situation - first his Service (employment) should be saved then RTI . As long the employee will be in service , he will never be able to fight against his namagement to have information under RTI. I think , this is a limitation of this act. Is there's any way to get information from the employer under RTI without harassment in service . The fact stated above is related to a Central Govt. establishment (Min. of Def.)
