PS

CONFIDENCE:

Once all village people decided to pray for rain. On the day of prayer all
people gathered and only one boy came with an
umbrella that's confidence...........

TRUST:

Trust should be like the feeling of a one year old baby when you throw him in
the air, he laughs...... because he knows you will catch him........

HOPE:

A human being can live for 40 days without water, 8 minutes without air but not
even 1 second without hope....

SO ALWAYS HAVE CONFIDENCE, TRUST OTHERS AND NEVER LOSE HOPE

HAVE A FABULOUS DAY!! !!!!!!!

Dear Sudir ji ,
At This Juncture i would like to inform you is one of the Tested Methods have
Sucess in Our state and Tamil nadu  is to share your RTI REQUEST with all of us
and when several people from different unthinkable places  asking or seeking
information , what departmental Haressement can be meted to us FREE birds (give
it a try at least now)
Incidentally , The Same Issue of Haressement of One Mr Raghu Rao By police of
High Grounds Station was Brought out by that Person in the Programme during the
Discussions Mr Venkatesh Nayak Also Put Forth this Methodology ,
Unfortunately I am sorry that Our Esteemed Media Brothers here in Blore and I
think elsewhere also  walk out after the Speeches from the dais  and we poor
people will read such Speeches only and nothing Further went on in such Events
. The speeches are only the Vegetables Cut but the Sabji is Not cooked Nor
Served if the Coverage is not Full . Both of us Know that Media Just forces to
read or see what they want us to read or see

Sir,
No doubt it's a good tool for having requisite information . But I have
personal experience , despite of several reminders against RTI appeal in 2006 .
Priminister' s grivance Cell was also informed . It replied me properly and
asked to know from the management the reason for non-supply of rti information
. The matter was suppressed by the management and last of all departmental
harassment compelled me to drop the RTI matter for ever . Can you tell me what
an employee should do in such situation - first his  Service (employment)
should be saved then RTI . As long the employee will be in service , he will
never be able to fight against his namagement to have information under RTI. I
think , this is a limitation of this act. Is there's any way to  get
information from the employer under RTI without harassment in service .  The
fact stated above is related to a Central Govt. establishment (Min. of Def.)

Yours truly,

Sudhir Saha
