Dear Mr Singhal

I am somewhat apprehensive about continuing this thread at [RTI_India] since 
both Dhirendra and Urvashi have opted not to be members here.

The correct term is "PUSH" and not "PESH"

PUSH is the converse of PULL. Such quibbling over semantics is important 
because we also have many members who are from the NGO fraternity and know all 
about ICT and Web 2.0 etc .

I disagree with Mr Krishna. PULL/PUSH are not the 2 aspects to RTI flow. They 
are the same aspect.
