SIC;s are making a downright mockery of the RTI act? after wasting so much of time and money is this what the applicant should get in return? if i demonstrate or go and confrunt Suresh Joshi surely he will call the Police and put me in on some false charges, this is his way of operation. upto date no penality imposed on any PIO of Police force for not providing information or giving vague replies? its like you scratch my back and i'll scratch yours, today most PIO's are not scared of the RTI act as they know too well that they can get away some way or another. what can a common man do? most just give up saying RTI bhakwas hai Leslie Almeida Add whatever you love to the Yahoo!
